Elk Creek is currently seeking a Senior Pastor to join our staff in beautiful McCall, Idaho.
This Senior Pastor will worship and glorify God and administer to the faith needs of our congregation and community. Responsibilities shall include developing, implementing, guiding and evaluating a ministry for youth,  adults and families. This position includes participation in and development of an active mission and evangelism ministry.
Job Duties:

• Preach on Sunday mornings
• Develop, implement, coordinate and oversee the volunteers of Youth ministries and programs.
• Create and lead Young Adult Ministry
• Minster to families
• Mission and evangelism work
• Perform Senior Pastor Work

Traits, Experience, Training and Skills:

1. Candidate should be an ordained minister by an evangelical organization (USA).
2. Candidate must have at least 10 years experience.
3. Candidate must be aligned with our Statement of Faith.
4. Candidate exhibits a vibrant faith that draws others to know Christ as Savior and Lord and by growing active disciples for Christ.
5. Candidate seeks to minster to the whole family.
6. Candidate believes in an involving, reforming faith that is visibly filled with the grace and love of the Holy Spirit.
7. Candidate can demonstrate ability to recognize and develop leadership potential.
8. Candidate has conceptual ideas and can develop an idea into an active ministry.
